| Sky Class kicked off the Autumn Term in competition mode! We took part in a Football Festival, competing against other local school teams. We did amazingly well and our team skills and support for each other shone through! |

Tag Rugby October 2025
Rainbow Room
Fitness was definitely fun in the Rainbow Room this week! We went to Sunderland College to take part in a Tag Rugby Festival. We learnt lots of new skills such as the correct ball grip, accurate passing and soft hands to catch the ball. We worked hard to try and combine all our skills to create a successful team. One of our children said, “I didn’t like today, I loved it!”
Hockey Festival March 2026
Year 5
As part of our Sports Festival programme, Year 5 took part in a hockey tournament. Everyone in the year group participated and one of our teams went on to win the tournament. The children showed great team work and everyone gave it their best shot- well done Year 5!
Football Festival April 2026
Year 2
Year 2 were lucky to have some lovely weather, which was ideal as we took part in a football festival, at Hudson Road Primary School.
Our Year 2 classes were mixed and split in to 4 teams, playing in a tournament against children from other schools. Everyone had a great time participating and we even had one of our teamas win the tournament!
